About
I am interested in what happens when people are given room to speak, think and be understood.

My work has taken different forms over the years. It includes research, public service, community building, mentoring, family conversations and leadership. At first glance these may appear unrelated.
Yet much of my work has always centred on the same thing: people finding their voice, thinking clearly and becoming better able to shape their own lives and relationships. Whether I am studying how employees are heard at work, sitting with a couple preparing for marriage, or talking with a young man about the road ahead, the question underneath is the same. What helps a person be understood, and move forward with intention?
I was shaped by a Nigerian background and a life built in Britain, by family, faith and community, and by a long interest in people and organisations. Alongside these conversations, I founded Rare Breed Men Tribe, a community initiative for men, and I continue to research, mentor and speak.
